The Easton Fire Flex is an impressive bat from Easton that will help power hitters knock the ball out of the park. This approved slowpitch softball bat is a balanced model, meaning the weight is distributed evenly throughout the bat’s profile, to offer more control over the bat throughout the zone.
The Fire Flex model will feature the standards 2 and 1/4 inch barrel diameter, and a long 13.5 inch barrel length, with a huge sweet spot. This bat also includes a 1 ounce end load, recommended for power hitters. The Fire Flex is designed with a two-piece, 100% composite construction. Manufactured out of Easton’s exact carbon, this bat will give players a softer feel on contact, while maintaining high durability.
The Easton Fire Flex, as the name may suggest, also features a second generation flex barrel technology. And with compression between 240 – 250, the Fire Flex is hot out of the wrapper ready, so you can immediately make hard hits and experience this bat’s incredible pop upon contact.
Last but not least, this bat features Easton’s tried-and-true connection plus technology to connect the barrel with the handle. This is going to keep the bat strong and robust, while eliminating hand-stinging vibrations.

What players are saying:
I really loved this bat. It looks as good as it plays, and sounds incredible too, giving the perfect crack upon impact. No more hand sting with this bat! And it did play nicely out of the wrapper. I’ve so far been able to get better pop off this bat—which has a massive sweet spot—than any of the other bats I’ve played with previously. I found it really comfortable to hold and easy to handle. It seems super sturdy, and I’m not afraid to really swing at the ball. It stays very solid upon impact, and I think this bat will keep for at least a few seasons. I would recommend buying this bat, or any of the Fire Flex series bats!

While I know that even the most “hot out of the wrapper” bats are still best after being warmed up, I just want to say that this bat, as is always the case, will preform better after 150 hits. After breaking it in, this bat performs just as well as the two-piece Psycho model that came out last year. It’s true that the barrel on this bat is super nice, with a strong flex on connection. Most of my team now plays with this bat, after seeing it perform. I also love the fact that unlike many other brands, Easton’s handles tend to hold up long after other bats would become shredded. Overall I’ve gotta recommend this bat! Happy swinging.
