One of the reasons that the motion adapt bra is so comfortable is due to its back closure. While most sports bras are designed to pull over, this bra uses a more typical back closure design that allows for a more custom fit, and easier on-the-go adjustments. With adaptive compression, this bra also responds automatically to the level of intensity of your workout or activity.

In order to keep you dry throughout long periods of exercise in the heat, the Nike Motion Adapt bra uses Dri-FIT technology which helps to wick away sweat, and prevent excess perspiration and moisture from building up. This is further aided by the strategically placed mesh vents that sit over high heat zones of the body to keep you cool, and the perforations at the bottom front.
